Advanced Scuba Diver Course
Overview
The
Advanced Scuba Diver Course is continued education for already certified
divers that wish to gain additional experience and
be introduced to a variety of diving activities. It
is taught entirely in open water.
Upon
successful completion of the course the candidates
are considered competent to dive in open water
without supervision.
Prerequisites for the Course

Age 15 (A junior certification for ages 12-14
years is allowed).

Scuba Diver certification.
Course
includes:

C-Card
-
Qualifying Dives at Bass Lake or Miracle Waters
-
Use of the torch for the night dive and a cyloom
-
Registration

Course does not include:

Rental of BC, Regulator and Cylinder (R180.00)

Entrance into Bass Lake or Miracle Waters
(R40.00/day)

All air fills for the course which is +
4-5 fills (R35.00/fill)
The
Candidates are responsible for renting their own BC,
regulators and cylinder hire. The Course runs over 2
days at Bass Lake or Miracle Waters and consists of
six dives. A 50 question multiple choice exam will
be written at the end of the course.
